Dear friends,

This industry isn’t easy. As Ramsey put it, “We all go through a lot in the events game. But this isn’t just a community. It’s a lifeline.”

As someone who got into this industry at a young age, there was a pretty high chance I’d burn out a while ago.

But the joy, energy, and heart that I find each and every day within this community and from the guests we work with fuel me up, again and again.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the passion you bring to your work and the absolute insanity that I saw on that dance floor back in April.
